What we collect

The licence number you type, and the public record the state publishes for it. If you ask us to start, your name, mobile number, email if you give one, your language and what you asked for.

What we do with it

We use it to do the paperwork you asked for and to remind you of deadlines. We do not sell it. We do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

The Hired team, and only the agency, general contractor, insurance agent or attorney a specific job needs it sent to — always with your approval first.

Passwords

We never ask for passwords to state portals, banks or insurance accounts. If someone claiming to be Hired asks for one, it is not us.

Deleting your data

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Ask us by text or email and we delete your details within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
